Question by cmnc: Weight Management?
Can anyone give me the correct or near to the correct weight for a large framed man, 45 yrs old. I am currently over 15 stone and with lower back trouble I know I must try and reduce my weight, I do walk as a exercise but I get a lot of pain in lower back after walking, any advice would be welcome.
