Question by muffinhead_87: How can I target stomach weight loss?
I weigh 240 now, which is 18 fewer than I weighed two months ago. I've begun eating healthy and cutting out absolutely everything unhealthy most of the time. I haven't exercised in a few weeks, so I should really get back to doing that, but I was wondering if anyone was aware of a particular exercise regimen that would target weight loss in my stomach,
