Question by joey212: Should i take whey protein to mantain lean muscle mass during weight loss?
I currently weight 270 pounds and am 6 feet tall. Trying to get down to 210. Currently i do cardio 7 days a week for 45 mins and burn 550 calories and also weight lifting 3 times a week. I do a 1500 calorie diet and ever day i intake about 90 to 100 grams of protein a day. To help my muscles keep the mass
