Question by Jana: Walking weight loss question?
If I walk 6 miles a day and stop eating 2 hours before bed will I lose weight? I'm at a plateau with weight loss right now, and I really want to step it up. I hate running. I typically eat right up until I'm actually in bed, so I was hoping if I stopped that I would lose a little weight, or it would be easier to lose it. Will this work for me? I'm 5'7 and weigh 169 pounds.
