Question by Emily: Would taking diet/weight loss pills while maintaining a healthy diet/exercise routine increase my results?
I am obese.

I am on a good diet (lots of water and veggies) and have started working out 3-4 times a week. I am thinking of taking a diet pill additionally to these two things to increase my weight loss. Would it work?
