Question by needinghelp: what is the best legal weight loss helper ?
I'm trying to lose weight but nothing seems to help. I'm losing hope that I'll ever weigh less than 165 ever again. Is there an over the counter weight loss helper that will assist me? I'm walking 5 to 10 miles a day depending on how much time I have but I'm not seeing any results. It's been 3 weeks so far this time.
