Question by Kelli Sly: What is a recommended post-workout/weight loss supplement, shake, or drink?
I'm a 22 year old female looking to refuel my body after a good workout, but still trying to lose weight. Supplements don't always settle with me very well and taste is key too, I have a light stomach.
