Question by Tessa: What is good for weight loss?
If I ride more than 50 miles a week and drink healthy smoothies everyday would that be good for losing weight? I would make my own smoothies. For a banana smoothie I use vitamin D milk and bananas. For a strawberry smoothie I use orange juice and strawberries. So what I am really asking is tips for weight loss and healthy smoothies.
