Question by Matt T: Is it possible to gain serious mass and strength from calisthenic exercises?
Opposed to lifting weights, is it possible to gain serious mass and strength from calisthenics? Can calisthenics also aid in weight loss as weightlifting does? I ask because I have been lifting for a while, an I always get really sore after doing calisthenics, unlike when I lift.

Any input is appreciated.
