High Protein Meal

This video shows a simple high protein meal that I'll often make for use between main meals, or that I'll make with casein protein for a slow-release, night-time protein. If you are following a stricter diet, you can leave out the peanut butter and replace with a teaspoon of UDO's oil or Flaxseed oil.
