Question by Jade: How can a teenager lose weight in a healthy way?
I am not overweight at my age and height.
I am 5'4 and weigh about 118 pounds.
I just want to get healthy, and it seems like all the weight loss programs, diets, etc. are for adults. I am only 15.
Does anyone know a safe, healthy way for a growing teenage girl to lose 5-10 pounds and boost my metabolism?
