I weigh 145 and wanna be 105. I wanna look for summer and show off my body like other girls. I have about 2 months till that time. What is the quickest way in about a month to lose 40 pounds? I don't want to use a weight lose program or stuff like that. I don't want to hear to exercise and eat healthy. I need details and stuff
