Question by : What should be the ratio of strength training per cardio if your target is weight loss?
I'd like to maintain the muscle but lose the fat in my journey to weight loss. I'm pretty muscular and would like to stay that way. However, I'm trying to get rid of the extra pounds in order to get the 6 pack. So I'm figuring I need to lose a few more pounds, probably about 20 to 25 more pounds. I'm only 10 pounds
